Thank you for shopping with Beauty Collection by Bette Marie. We’re here to help with questions about your order, our hair, or shopping on our website.
Processing & Shipping
Processing time is the time it takes for us to get your order ready before it ships or is ready for pickup. This includes ordering from our vendor, receiving the hair, inspecting it, and packaging it. Shipping time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver once your order has left our hands.
- Processing / fulfillment: Typically 2–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
- Shipping: Typically 2–4 business days once handed to the carrier, depending on your location and shipping method.
- Express shipping speeds up delivery time with the carrier but does not shorten processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Local Pickup (Houston, TX)
Local pickup is available for customers in the Houston, Texas area.
- Pickup timeframe: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 5–7 business days.
- Meetup location: Pickup does not occur at our warehouse address. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a secure Houston meetup location.
- Confirmation: Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email or text before heading to the meetup location.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Order changes: Because our products are prepared especially for each order, changes are very limited once payment is submitted.
- Cancellations: All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, edited, or modified after they are placed. Please double-check your lengths, textures, closures/frontals, and contact information before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or accessories.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video so we can review your concern.
Hair Quality & Care
Our extensions are sourced and selected to meet high quality standards. Because this is human hair, slight variations in color, curl pattern, and thickness are normal.
- Gently detangle from ends to roots before washing.
- Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.
- Limit heat styling and always use a heat protectant.
- Wrap or cover hair at night to maintain longevity.
Payments & Installments
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure checkout options. If available on our site, you may also choose installment options at checkout (such as Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, etc.).
All payments are processed in USD. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
