For sanitary and safety reasons, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair products including wigs, bundles, closures, or frontals.
Final Sale Items
The following are considered final sale:
- Wigs
- Bundles
- Frontals
- Closures
- Custom density units
- Custom length units
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if processing has not begun. Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Unused state (lace uncut if applicable)
Once verified, we will discuss replacement if needed.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraudulent. We provide:
- Processing proof
- Carrier tracking
- Delivery confirmation
- Signature verification
- Communication logs
These documents will be submitted to banks during investigations.
