By placing an order with Beauty Collection by Bette Marie, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, fraud concerns, pricing errors, or shipping limitations.

Payment Authorization

By ordering, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method and acknowledge that proof of fulfillment may be submitted to banks for dispute resolution.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered misuse of the banking system. All necessary proof including tracking, signature, processing times, and communication logs may be submitted to the issuing bank.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as Delivered.

Hair Product Disclaimer

Raw hair may vary slightly in pattern, color, or fullness due to its natural origin. This is not considered a defect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
