Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Beauty Collection by Bette Marie are subject to our processing and shipping timelines outlined below.

Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Processing up to 5 business days + Shipping 1–4 business days.
• Custom Orders: Processing up to 8-10 business days + Shipping 1–4 business days.

Custom Orders include:

• Wig densities over 180%
• Closures & frontals longer than 20”
• Wigs longer than 30”

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout; however, express transit times do not override processing times. Custom orders are not eligible for express delivery.

Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of our products, signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If delivery is missed, customers must arrange re-delivery or pickup with USPS or UPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims should be filed directly with USPS or UPS.

Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees once returned.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.
